Come by my booth! (Well, not quite yet...)

Here's a few examples of what I will have available in my booth!

Here's a few examples of what I will have available in my booth!

Ladies and gents, I have fantastic news. As of December I will occupy a booth at Edmonton's finest Old Strathcona Antique Mall. I am thrilled to be able to sell my artwork from this booth, originals and prints, as well as furniture I have refinished/repurposed, refinished farmhouse windows and doors, vintage bed sheets sets, tins, dishes, vases, enamelware items, mason jars, button jars and any other vintage-esque, colourful decor pieces I feel have Make It Franke style. I have always loved combining thrifted/vintage pieces to make sets of things that don’t necessarily ‘go together’. For example pairing lonesome teacups with different saucers, bringing together different colours/styles of sugar bowls and creamers, making sets of tableware with not all the same imprinted pattern, etc - and now I get to have them available for you! I have also teamed up with my huge-hearted, absolutely wonderful souled, seamstress-god mother who is taking on all types of sewing projects for our collection of Sew New products. We have taken vintage and repurposed textiles and turned them into throw pillows, fabric napkins, bunting banner (etc, etc, etc) and for just for Christmas - stockings!
I am absolutely on cloud nine thinking about this adventure and I cannot wait to share my style with Edmonton. I have a new VINTAGE tab on the above menu where I will be showcasing vintage pieces that will be for sale month to month, so stay tuned!
When you put it out there, the universe so often has your back. I am so grateful this is happening. Thank you to everyone for every word of encouragement, every compliment on my work and every well wish wished. I am not kidding when I say I wouldn't have the confidence to do this if it wasn't for the incredible people I am surrounded by.

To dreams & schemes!
- a very excited Allison F.
